Cancellation Policy We ask that you let us know of your cancellation at least 48~hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24~hours’ notice will be charged $50.00. Late cancellations and no~shows will be charged full price. Adjustments to this policy may be considered.
Client Confidentiality Client information and contact lists are confidential, and we do not share any client information. We respect and ensure client confidentiality in all facets.
Code of Ethics Alchemy Wellness Co. abides by the Code of Ethics of the industry standards described by the Washington Department of Health, American Massage Therapy Association and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Late Arrival Policy We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of the scheduled appointment time. In special cases, we may be able to offer a partial treatment session, this will be at the discretion of the therapist and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The full session fee will be charged.
Payment Policy Payments for services are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments accepted via Check, Cash, PayPal, or Zelle.
Quiet Policy Out of respect of others at the wellness center, we kindly ask that our clients enter quietly, whisper when speaking in the hallway and to turn off all cellular devices during their visit.
